Shipping policy
Turn around time and shipping time varies for each item. Please see your specific item for shipping details. If turnaround time is not mentioned, please message us.
Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible undeliverable items. If your item was sent back to us, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee (we still have to pay for shipping even if it's undeliverable) as well as the cost to ship it to you again.
We ship UPS or USPS. Most customers receive their order within 2-5 days of us shipping it out. Once we ship out your order, any issues are out of our control. If you have issues with your order, please check tracking and contact the shipping company directly.

We are based in the US. If your item is being shipped out of the US, BUYERS are responsible for any brokerage & duty fees. International shipping times vary. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
