ORDERING DIRECTIONS:
- You will need to provide your Venmo QR code to me via email.
For Iphone users: Open up your venmo app, on the top left click on your photo/icon, click on the QR code, under "venmo me" your QR code will show up, click the email Icon and email it to us (bensonthreads@gmail.com)
- When emailing, please include the name on the order and the order # if available.
- Please DO NOT screen shot and send it as this will not work.
Processing time: 3-5 business days after receiving the code (sometimes sooner) if you need your order sooner, please message us.
Shipping: We offer FREE US shipping. Customers typically receive their package 3-5 business days after we ship it out. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If order is returned, to us, shipping will be added back on to send it back to you.
Returns: As this is a custom item, we do not accept returns.

Please note the following:

* Do not soak or get wet. Wipe off with soft cloth
* On rare occasions, some orders may be delayed an additional 1-2 days due to high volume orders during busy holiday seasons or special promotions. Although this is very rare, this may occur occasionally.
* If we do not receive the QR code within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.
